Doctors have been saying for 50 years that taking supplements just creates expensive urine.  Recently, several studies have hit the news broadcasting that research found no benefit in taking certain nutritional supplements.  How can that be after all the years of people taking them and saying they felt better?  Let’s take a look.

Supplements have been around since the pharmaceutical industry began making them 60-70 years ago.  Evidence had shown that certain nutritional elements from food prevented or reversed health conditions.  Drug companies decided to copy the elements synthetically and sell them.  They could be patented, would be very inexpensive to make, and even better would provide lots of profit.

Question:  What generation of v/m supplement did they use in the research?
